I have power of attorney for my mother. She was charged $19.95 for Ad-Free Outlook. She hasn't had a computer in years. I need to cancel this account. How?

    Hi @Michael R ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Looks like you case is more related to Outlook.com subscription, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. Based on my research, i found a thread -mentioned that you can refer to the below steps to cancel this subscription:

    1. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com
    2. Click "Services and subscriptions"
    3. Look for "Ad-Free Outlook.com" in the list of services, and click the blue text "Cancel" that you will see in connection to it.

If the above doesn't help, it's suggested that you could post your case in dedicated forum for Outlook.com for more professional advice.

    Hope to help you!
