Hello,

I have been using the log analytics demo environment to help train for the last month for KQL. Recently, I have no idea what changed, but I have lost access the the public and free environment at "aka.ms/lademo". I have tried all recommended fixes, such as deleting cookies/cache, trying in an incognito window, and also using a different browser entirely.

Full error when attempting to access:

"There was an authentication problem. Try signing out and signing in again Access to workspace 'CH1-LA' from '[MY_IP]' is denied. To allow access from public networks, change the workspace Networking settings or add it to a Network Security Perimeter. (workspace resource ID: [REDACTED]) If the issue persists, please open a support ticket."

Can someone please assist further with allowing me to access this environment? Really need it for training.

Thank you!

    Hi all,
I have it on good authority (Rod Trent, works at MS) that this workspace has been SFI'd (Secure Future Initiative). Might come back at some point in the future in a more secure way, but don't expect it short term.

I did suggest a pop up screen to this effect, rather than a cryptic error message, let's see if that happens.
