How to fix can't communicate between websites in other devices on IIS.

hi,
currently I'm hosting 2 websites on IIS backend api on 192.168.1.100 and frontend on 192.168.1.101.
the problem i'm facing is that the communication is normal between the backend and frontend in the host machine, but when I use another device to in the same LAN it can only connect seperately between backend and frontend. And when I connect to the mobilehotspot of the host machine it can operate normal.

I think your purpose is to achieve communication between two websites across devices in a LAN, right? If this is the case, I still need some information to narrow down the problem.

What happens when you try to send a request from the frontend to the backend?
the communication is normal between the backend and frontend in the host machine
Is it by accessing the backend API directly, or by accessing the backend through the frontend site?
