I can't create Azure object anchors with my account

Question

I am unable to create an object anchor service using my account.
There are some information:

Account: fefe78523@gmail.com

 "code":"InvalidResourceType","message":"API 版本 '2021-03-01-preview' 的命名空間 'Microsoft.MixedReality' 中找不到資源類型。"
