Unable to submit Knowledge Check of Module 6 - The next generation of analytics with Microsoft Fabric challenge

I finished all of the modules of the The next generation of analytics with Microsoft Fabric challenge except  module 6 as I am having technical difficulty to submit the Knowledge check. Would you please help as I need to complete all the modules so that I can sign up for the free voucher by Dec 10.  The submit button is just keep spinning and did not submit. I've tried to clear the browser data, and also tried in Chrome Incognito mode or Edge, none of the browsers work for this page. I really need to register by the deadline Dec 10 for the voucher.
