Hello,

I created an agent in M365, including its name, description, instructions, and required actions. The agent is properly tested in Copilot Studio and published, but it is not visible in the M365 Copilot agent list. Interestingly, one agent is visible while the other is not, and I am unable to determine the issue.

Could anyone please assist in resolving this?

Thank you!

    Hi @Disha R

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is not in our support scope. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

The following suggestion is for your reference:

Ref: Connect and configure a copilot for Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

    1. Admin Approval: Check if your organization’s admin needs to approve the agent for it to appear in the app store. Admins can manage and curate the catalog of available apps.
    2. Discovery Policy: Verify that the number of shared users does not exceed the limits imposed by the Teams app store discovery policy for your tenant. If it does, you might need to adjust these settings with the help of your admin.
    3. Publishing Settings: Make sure the agent is published correctly and there are no publishing errors. You can check the publishing status in Copilot Studio.
    4. App Store Refresh: It may take some time for the App Store to refresh and show the newly published agent. Try waiting for a while and then checking again.
