Before the problem occurred, did you perform any other operations besides updating the Windows system?
Please go to Excel Options > Advanced, under General section, untick the box of "Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange".
Locate to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16
, look for EXCEL.EXE, right click on it > Properties > Compatibility tab, check "Run this Program as an Administrator".If these steps do not work, I suggest you repair Office from Control Panel, you may also re-install Office for a check.
