Universal Print - Media selecting keeps changing

Question

Printer: Canon iR-ADV C3725

Issue: When users send jobs to the printer, often, at the printer their is an error message that shows "Incorrect Media Size".

To fix, the users have to manually change the media type with the printer settings on thier local pc's. However, the setting does not stay, users have to constantly fix.
