i am trying to login to Microsoft authenticator , it is asking to open authenticator and enter the number to sign in
i saw many posts to open security info in microsoft website and then change sign in options, issue is that when i am clicking on security info it is again askin to for authenticator .
what is this? how to solve this? why made things so complicated ? if i have user id and password , why do i need 2fa for authenticator itslef?
