Confirmation of AZ 900 Exam Fee Refund

I took the AZ 900 exam on November 22. However, due to internet connection problems, the exam was postponed. I received an email from OnVue about refunding the exam fee on November 26, but to date, I have not received the refund in my bank account. Who should I contact to resolve this issue?
