I accidentally removed Facebook account from the Authenticator

I accidentally removed Facebook from my Authenticator and Now I no longer able to login to Facebook and I am not able to retrieve back Facebook authentication on the app..
I contacted Meta and they said I should contact Microsoft and ask them to retrieve it back
please help as this is crucial and affecting my business

Password Recovery Option:
