unable to verify mobile number while purchasing subscription

I recently created a new Azure account using a new Outlook email address, and while attempting to subscribe to the free Azure subscription, I encountered an issue with verifying my mobile number. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to complete the verification process.

Could you kindly assist me with resolving this issue? Any guidance or support you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
