How to fix "Resource not found" error with gpt-35-turbo in Python

Using gpt-35-turbo to correct automated grammar for part-time work on Windows 7 with Python 3.8. The openai library version in use is 0.27.0, and possible issues have already been checked.

@I'M noob Thanks for getting back. GPT-3.5 Turbo is available for use with the Chat Completions API. GPT-3.5 Turbo Instruct has similar capabilities to text-davinci-003 using the Completions API instead of the Chat Completions API.

Could you please try with the gpt35-turbo (125 version) as shown below:

You need to edit your existing gpt35 model and select this version:
