Skype for Business Disconnects Calls on Hold

There is an issue with calls being automatically disconnected when placed on hold during a transfer on one specific machine.

When an outside caller contacts our secretary and is put on hold to check the availability of an employee, the call disconnects after 15 to 45 seconds. This problem is occurring on a machine using Skype® for Business for Microsoft 365 MSO (version 2409 Build 16.0.18025.20214) 32-bit on Windows 11. However, the same Skype version works without issues on two other machines running Windows 10.
