Unable to download Transcript/Score Card of the exams passed.

Hi There,

I am unable to download Transcript of the exams passed. I do not see and download or share link for the scorecard/Transcript of the exam passed in my Learning profile.

Not able to find the appropriate tags, please route to concerned team.

However, both of your links are redirect to Microsoft support page and none of them has guidance to download the score card.

Below link provides the steps however, I do not see the link in my certificate on Microsoft learning profile portal which redirects to Pearson site.

There is no option to log support ticket with Microsoft. I do not see link under certitication which will redirect to providers website to view scorecard. Disappointing support from Microsoft.
