Instance/workspace not showing in Resource Group when trying to deploy Cisco Umbrella connector

Trying to integrate Cisco Umbrella into our M365 tenancy.
A valid subscription is present and created Resource Group in Australia East.
Workspace created in same region Australia East in the same resource group, and confirmed it shows.
Located the Cisco Umbrella in Azure, and following steps.
1st page, Subscription is selected and Resource Group selected.
However, Workspace remains empty with no selection choices available.

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, thank you for posting your query here!
Please double check the Region and the Resource Group should be in the same region, for me it is working.
Follow below steps once you have confirmed both are in the same Region the RG and the Workspace
- Ensure your account has sufficient permissions to view and select the Log Analytics Workspace:
- Subscription Permissions: Your account should have at least Reader role on the subscription.
- Workspace Permissions: Your account should have at least Contributor or Log Analytics Reader role on the workspace.
- Validate Resource Provider Registration
- Navigate to Azure Portal > Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you're using.
- Go to Resource Providers.
- Ensure the following providers are Registered:

Microsoft.OperationalInsights(for Log Analytics Workspaces)-
Microsoft.Insights(for monitoring and diagnostics)

The drop is still blank despite all permissions are full access, and the resource providers are already registered.Another subscription had been created, and the drop down is still blank.
I wonder if it's an issue with this M365 tenancy that can't be sorted with the web portal?

Thank you for the response back.
Please check the new subscription you have created is active or pending for activation or enabled or Disabled status
I don't see an issue with M365 tenant.
I suggest please reach out to customer care,link below
