I myself just had this afternoon a like matter happen. I made a question, then it said 404 error. I told Copilot, and it told me to try again. So I did. Then the other question was added, and a moderator flagged my 404 error one. :( I am not trying to upset them. :/

At the moment, the thread status seems to be fine.
My yet another question with the below link gives an 404 not found error when trying to open

In both cases, it appears that you were unable to view the thread due to a synchronization delay on the server side.

Sorry for bothering the team but as soon as I post the question it gives me error 404 not found page and thus I have to retry to check and browse the question that I posted and then also I get the same error 404 not found so I raise my concern here.
Hi Prem, the issue is likely resolved if you refresh after a few minutes. This delay sometimes happens when users create a new thread.
