While creating Microsoft Power Automate workflows for Teams which exposes an URL and we use it as a webhook to push payloads, the user seems to be always show up who created the workflow

We would like to basically fix it and use some kind of generic account to display and create the workflows. We did use Flowbot and User options as well, but it did not work

Please assist to fix the issue

    Hi @SHAUNAK SEN,

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. Since your question is related to Power Automate, which is not in our support scope. The following suggestion is just for your reference:

You need to authenticate with your account to have your workflows post to the channel or chat. If you want to choose a different account to authenticate with, select Switch account “Microsoft Teams 更多选项”图标 and choose the account you want to use.

Once you're done updating the name and have the correct account authenticated, select Next.
