I need to manage costs os several Azure Sponsorships Subscriptions of my Company but Azure Partner portal forces to assign each subscription to a different account.

Is there a way to transfer account ownership, enable cost management, or allow access to the azuresponsorships page to additional users?

This setup simplifies management and improves oversight of costs across your Azure resources

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): You can assign specific roles to users within your organization for each subscription. For example, using the Azure portal, navigate to the subscription you want to manage, select Access Control, and then add users with appropriate roles (e.g., Billing Reader). This allows designated users to manage or view costs without transferring ownership of the subscription

Partner Center Management: If you are a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), you can manage customer subscriptions through the Partner Center. Here, you can create new subscriptions or manage existing ones under your billing account. Ensure that users have the necessary permissions (like Admin Agent) to perform these actions

Enabling Cost Management Access

Once please try with below steps:
Transfer Account Ownership: Azure does allow for the transfer of subscription ownership. You can change the Account Administrator for a subscription by following these steps:

Go to the Azure Portal.

Navigate to "Subscriptions."

Select the subscription you want to transfer.

Click on "Change directory."

Follow the prompts to change the Account Administrator.

Enable Cost Management: Azure Cost Management and Billing can be used to monitor and manage the costs associated with your subscriptions. To enable cost management for a subscription:

Go to the Azure Portal.

Navigate to "Cost Management + Billing."

Select the subscription you want to manage.

Use the "Cost Management" tools to set budgets, create cost alerts, and analyze spending.

Allow Access to Additional Users: If you need other users to have access to the Azure Sponsorships page or to manage the subscription, you can assign roles to these users:

Go to the Azure Portal.

Navigate to "Subscriptions."

Select the subscription you want to manage.

Click on "Access control (IAM)."

Add the users you want to grant access to and assign them appropriate roles (e.g., Owner, Contributor, Reader).

Can't be transferred to another directory

Cost Management can't be enabled

Additional users can't view costs. Only the account manager un sponsorships portal...

Transfer the billing Ownership of an Azure Subscription follow the below steps,

Sign-in into Azure Portal.as an administrator of the billing account that has the subscription that you want to transfer. If you're not sure if you're an administrator.
Please read attached link.
2.Navigate to Subscriptions and Select the one that you want to transfer.
3.At the top of the page, select Transfer billing ownership.
4.On the Transfer billing ownership page, enter the email address of a user that is a billing administrator of the account that becomes the new owner for the subscription.
5.If you're transferring your subscription to an account in another Microsoft Entra tenant, select Move subscription tenant to move the subscription to the new account's tenant.
6.Select Send transfer request.
7.The user gets an email with instructions to review your transfer request.
8.To approve the transfer request, the user selects the link in the email and follows the instructions. The user then selects a payment method that is used to pay for the subscription.
9.If the user doesn't have an Azure account, they have to sign up for a new account.

Important Points to Remember:
Not all types of subscriptions support billing ownership transfer. You can transfer billing ownership or request billing ownership for the following subscription types.
