How to Consolidate MCP Certifications from Multiple Employers (2008-2022) into a Personal Account?

Over the years, while working in the Microsoft ecosystem, I earned several certifications under different employers. These certifications were tied to the respective employers' email addresses, which I no longer have access to. Additionally, some of these employers are no longer in existence.

I’d like to consolidate all these certifications (from 2008 to 2022) into a single personal account. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Any step-by-step guidance on how to recover these credentials and merge them would be greatly appreciated. If there’s a specific link or process to contact Microsoft support for assistance, please share.
