Hi, I used to have a team in my business that paid for Microsoft Office access via my work email. Now that has gone away. However, we still get charged. I know because I just got an email saying the charge didn't go through this month. However, it shouldn't be happening at all. When I attempt to login to the account, it says that it doesn't exist, even though we had the username and password saved. Note, it doesn't say that the password is wrong. It says the email address does not exist...but it's the same email address that it just sent an email to saying we owe money for the account. I then created an account with this email, which is naturally empty of any subscriptions or billing information, again, even though it matches an email Microsoft already claims has an account. There is no way to ask for help or cancel the subscription since there isn't any. I can't reach a person. I guess I can contact my bank and ask them to block them, but I do actually still use Microsoft Office (even though it's gross that they're doing this) and don't really want to block all Microsoft purchases forever.
