Showing unverified on the consent screen
Issue regarding the verified badge next to my Publisher display name. Although my partner account, vetting status is authorized so as per documentation my app prompt screen show blue verified badge next to verified Publisher display name, However, the badge has yet to appear and showing unverified.
In my previous communication, I had a virtual meeting with a representative from the Microsoft support team, Needa Khan (v-needakhan@microsoft.com). During this meeting, I was advised to add my MPN ID under the Branding and Properties section in my app. Despite meeting all the prerequisites and having an authorized account, I cannot locate the option to add the MPN ID in this section. Specifically, the expected "Add MPN ID to verify publisher" option does not appear near the bottom of the page as described.
I’m unsure where I may be getting stuck in the verification process. As mentioned, the support representative suggested that adding the MPN ID would resolve the issue, yet I am still facing challenges with the badge display. Any additional guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
I have sent multiple emails & raised tickets regarding this issue but still not getting any solution. This has been an ongoing concern for several months, and despite following the instructions provided, the problem remains unresolved.
I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter, as the lack of support from Microsoft has been frustrating and has impacted my ability to progress further with my account. I kindly request that this be escalated to the appropriate team to help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
