How to enable switching between multiple parallel chats with a bot in MS Teams private chats?

Hello,

I am currently exploring a solution for a specific requirement in our AI chatbot, which we are developing for MS Teams. The goal is to allow end-users, who use private chats to communicate with the bot, to manage multiple parallel conversations.

However, the desired functionality is for users to switch between these parallel chats within the chatbot's conversation window—ideally integrated as a panel or navigation element, as seen in implementations like Copilot (see image).

Could you confirm if such an opportunity exists within MS Teams? Alternatively, are there any workarounds or recommendations you can suggest to achieve this functionality?

Apologies. But currently there is no such option available within Microsoft Teams to switch between multiple parallel chats.

To better achieve your requirements, we recommend submitting this feature request through the Teams Feedback Portal. This is the best way to ensure your idea is considered for future updates.
