Is my account or organization having issues with Azure Partner Center?

The account has global admin rights on the 365 admin center page, but on the Microsoft Partner Center page it does not have rights and: - the user management tab in the account setting as - is not displayed (https://prnt.sc/NMZbnT24oK-E) - the legal info and identifiers have no information (https://prnt.sc/6iOIGbNtS9MD, https://prnt.sc/wyFfF219Zdkb)

The Microsoft Partner Center tag only handles questions about registering a developer account and publishing apps to the Microsoft Store.

Regarding the question of whether 365 admin center can be used in Partner Center, it is recommended to submit it here.

actually, i sent a support request on this page, i made an appointment to discuss (via meet) but they only sent 1 email to process (but it couldn't be resolved), i asked again but it's been 3 days and there's been no response from the support person. i also created 2 more support requests (3 days ago) but no appointment or support message.
