Missing PL-300 Certification in Microsoft Profile

I passed the PL-300 certification 5 days ago using my personal Gmail account. I have screenshots of the score, but I do not see the certification in my Microsoft profile. Can someone assist with this issue?

My MS ID is: MS1100239713‎
