how to create a new resource group in the learning model?

I am trying to create a storage account for an exercise in the learning model, however I do not have authorization to create a new resource group under the fixed subscription, thus I am unable to complete the exercise. The help button for support seems to not be much help in my case, does any one know how to fix this and complete the exercise? I am a hands on learner, so being able to physically do the exercises versus memorizing them will help a ton.

Maybe check if the exercise already has a created resource group and use that as there usually predefined constraints in sandbox.

You could also try restarting the sandbox or refreshing the page
