Did you create a subscription after activating Azure sponsorship? If not, please follow the steps below:
I activated my Azure sponsorship. How can I create subscriptions to use my sponsorship credits?
- Sign in to the Azure portal using the email address associated with your Founders Hub credits.
- Navigate to “Subscriptions” and then select “Add.”
- Click on “All other offers.”
- Look for “Microsoft Azure Sponsorship” and click on “Check eligibility”.
- Select the offer to create a new sponsorship subscription. Find information on Azure Sponsorship offer and limitations.
If you are still facing issues, check that the information provided for your Azure account profile; including contact email address, street address, and telephone number, is correct. Make sure that the credit card information you entered is correct, and you don't already have a Microsoft account with the same information.
