How to fix "The package URL redirects to another URL. Provide a download URL without redirection." when the URL is well formed?

This is the URL where the file is hosted but I always get the "The package URL redirects to another URL. Provide a download URL without redirection." error.
https://transperfectconnect.com/sites/default/files/app/1.0.9/setup.exe

I had no issue when the file was hosted in S3, but I wasn't able to mark it as safe in Smartscreen back then. Now that we're hosting it in our domain, I was able to mark a version as safe but got this URL error.

I'd suggest you use a sever to host your package.

You could try to use DJ2Tech's solution- using google cloud: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1133748/publish-application-on-microsoft-store

You seem to have linked to a different issue with the versioning path in the URL.
Excuse my ignorance but, am I not using a server to host the package here?: https://transperfectconnect.com/sites/default/files/app/1.0.9/setup.exe

I tested your link, it does not redirect to any another URL, and there is also no additional network request.
For your scenario, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Sign in with your email address associated with your Partner Center account, go to Contact us tab, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard, click "Ask Copilot".

You need to state your issue and ask Copilot to help you open a ticket.
