I've been trying for days with different accounts, and different cards an I can't by any means make the payment.
Today I get an endless loading screen. On the other days, insufficient funds or API error.

This requires the store team to check your account on the backend, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Sign in with your email address associated with your Partner Center account, go to Contact us tab, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard, click "Ask Copilot".
You need to state your issue and ask Copilot to help you open a ticket.
