Wi fi lag on Win11

Hello!
So for some reason i have insane internet lags on my laptop. I dont know why, i surfed the internet for a while and i have no solution for my problem. I have good internet speed, good router, i had no problems on Win10, but for some reason when i updated to Win11 i have internet lag like every 5-10 seconds.
If im on Discord im lagging, if im on some online game im lagging, sometimes if im doing something in my browser i have that freezing lag. At this point i surrendered and i need help.
If u guys can help me find the problem and solution, it would be amazing!

2024-11-22T19:29:10.35+00:00 Turned off almost every non Microsoft services through msconfig, seems like everything is fine for now.
