This is in reference to RDS issue, whenever I try to connect Remote desktop connection using RDS icon, it gives below error. I have mentioned the configuration also for RDS. Please suggest on this issue.

    Based on the RDP file you uploaded, the remote desktop connections all seem to have been configured correctly. You can refer to the following steps to further troubleshoot intermittent connection failures:

    1. Check that the latest system updates are installed on both the server and client. Also ensure that the Remote Desktop Client on the client computer is up to date.

     

    1. Make sure your Internet connection is stable. Intermittent network issues can cause problems when trying to connect to RDS. You can check the basic network connection from the client to the server using ping, tracert, nslookup, telnet 3389, or powershell test-netconnection.

     

    1. Use the netstat tool to check the listener status on the terminal server.

    Finds an entry for the port number (3389) assigned to RDP. The port should appear in the list and be in Listening state.

    At the command prompt, type "netstat -a" and then press Enter.

    When testing, observe the following Windows event logs. Before checking, enable Show analytical and debug logs.User's image

    All event logs are located in Event Viewer under the Applications and Services Logs /Microsoft/Windows node.
