I found out some possible answers for "Layout of pages changed when opening excel files" as below. I guess my problem could be from (a), but i can't adjust screen resolution every time it happens, or adjust Page Layout view, they are time consuming. Any better solution to "freeze" the page layout without affected by the problems below, or change setting in Excel Options could help?

(a) You have a different screen resolution or zoom level than the original creator of the files. This could affect how Excel displays the files on your screen and how it fits them to the page size. You can try adjusting your screen resolution or zoom level to match the original settings, or use the Page Layout view to see how the files will look when printed

(b) You have a different printer or print settings than the original creator of the files. This could affect how Excel calculates the margins, headers, footers, and page breaks for the files. You can try selecting the same printer and print settings as the original creator, or use the Print Preview option to see how the files will look when printed

(c) You have a different regional or language settings than the original creator of the files. This could affect how Excel interprets the date, time, currency, and decimal formats for the files. You can try changing your regional or language settings to match the original settings, or use the Format Cells option to apply the desired formats to the files
