Outlook 2019 "Not enough memory," workarounds did not help

Hello!

In our company, we have an Exchange hybrid configuration. On one computer running Outlook 2019, the message "Cannot expand the folder. There is not enough free memory to run this program." appears several times a day. Closing and reopening Outlook resolves the issue temporarily for a few hours.

The email mailbox is large, nearly 10 GB. We have tried the workarounds suggested here, but none of them have worked. (We also tested with very high values for the registry keys.) There are no plugins that could be disabled.

What else can we do? Thank you very much!

    For better research, please provide more details about this case:

    What's the type of your account? POP, IMAP or Exchange?

    What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.

    Do you have a lot of subfolders underneath your folder?

    If you are using Exchange account and have public folders, you could also try disabling the Download Public Folder Favorites option and restart your Outlook to see if the issue has any difference. (File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Select your Microsoft Exchange account, and then click Change > More Settings > Advanced > click to clear the Download Public Folder Favorites check box.)
