Where can I find documentation on how to configure a second multiline appearance on a Cisco 8851 (MPP) IP Phone with Teams? Does the Microsoft provisioning service configure the second line on the phone or do changes have to be made manually on the Cisco phone web interface?

The link you sent relates to 8851 phones that are registered to CUCM. The 8851 MPP phone is certified to work with Teams and previous posts state multiline appearances are supported on 8851. Microsoft should be providing clear documentation as to how to configure multiline appearances on phones not Cisco.
