Deployment failure for Web Apps in Canary regions (East US 2 EUAP)

Receiving an error message when trying to deploy App Services to East US 2 EUAP. "This subscription is not allowed for the region. Please try deploying to a different region." I'm able to deploy other resources to this region but it fails on Microsoft.Web/serverfarms.
