Microsoft Teams channel disappearing from application

We are having an issue where Teams channel is disappearing from application

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Check Membership and Permissions:

• Make sure you are still a member of the channel.
• Verify that the channel hasn't been deleted or hidden by someone with the appropriate permissions.

2. Check for Hidden Channels:

• Sometimes channels may be hidden. Click on "More channels" under the list of channels to see if it is there.

3. Refresh or Restart Teams:

• Try refreshing the Teams application or logging out and back in.
• You can also completely close the Teams app and restart it.

4. Clear Teams Cache:

• Exit Microsoft Teams.
• On your keyboard, press Win+R, then type %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and click OK.
• Delete the contents of the following folders:
• Cache
• tmp
• databases
• Restart Teams.
