Receive the following error provisioning a mysql flexible server via Terraform
Terraform version: 1.9.8
AzureRM Provider: 4.9.0

Seems like you’re encountering an internal server error while trying to provision a MySQL flexible server using Terraform.
The SKU used might not be available in the region you are trying to deploy.?
Which SKU are you using and which region are you trying to deploy?
