Is there an option for a free retake of an Exam?

I've heard from some people it was, I was very stressed and did not feel well since yesterday and before this exam and my exam broke near the end. I know I was not in the right mind to write but it was too late to reschedule. Is there any possibility of recieving a free retake?

Hi Elanie,

In general, when you purchase an exam it doesn't include free retake. There is a package deal called "Microsoft Exam Replay" for higher price that includes exam plus retake, but this is something you would've needed to purchase upfront.
