Unable to use custom scale rule azure-queue

Dear community,
I am running an Azure Container App and I want to use the Custom scale rule "azure-queue". I prefer this one over the built-in "Azure queue" scaler, because it has extra properties which I need to use to fit my use-case. However when trying to use this Custom scale rule, it always switches to Azure queue scale rule automatically when saved.
Any advise?

I am able to reproduce this issue at my end I do see the scale rule type custom changes to Azure queue automatically while saving and I also see custom scale rule with trigger type azure-queue is supported
