I wish I could contact support directly instead of some open community. There is no "TOPIC" fitting this subject.

My workphone Microsoft authenticator is required to add a customer who has been in it before, but they have remade their system and require me to insert them again. I deleted every token and unit related to the customer, but I keep getting the errors in the images I have inserted (If they even will show up). It keeps complaining about "nsxmlparsererrordomain error 111", "Delete any existing accounts and try again" and "Push notices are not on". Despite I am not having any existing accounts, the push notices are on.

I need a microsoft person.
