    Hi @Handian Sudianto
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here
We can use Azure Site Recovery (ASR) to make the migration seamless and minimize any downtime during transitions.

The first step is to set up Azure Site Recovery in your Azure account and connect it to your VMware environment. Once that’s done, we’ll install the ASR Mobility Service, a small software agent for the virtual machine you want to migrate to. This allows ASR to replicate your VMs to Azure Stack HCI, ensuring that data stays in sync as migrations proceed.

Before performing the actual migration, we perform a test failure to ensure that everything works as expected on Azure Stack HCI. This step allows us to ensure that all your applications and services work properly when the VMs are moved. Once you are ready, we cannot convert the VMs to the new environment, and we minimize any impact on your day-to-day operations.

Once the move is complete, we will do a final inspection to make sure everything is running smoothly. After confirming that everything is fine, we will shut down the old VMware VM, ensuring that the conversion is complete.

    Hey,

You can use Azure Migrate to move your workloads from VMware to Azure Stack HCI. Should help with migration. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-local/migrate/migration-azure-migrate-vmware-overview

As another option, StarWind V2V Converter can be used. It can migrate VMs between different hypervisors and clouds. https://www.starwindsoftware.com/starwind-v2v-converter

    Cheers,
