Hello @Michael Liben,
Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.
Based on your description, I understand that while creating a lifecycle workflow with the trigger type "Attribute Changes," you are attempting to select extensionAttribute1 through 15 as the "Trigger Attribute." However, these extension attributes are not visible in the list of selectable attributes.
Currently, on-prem extension attributes, directory extensions, and custom security attributes are not supported as trigger attributes. Below is the list of attributes that are supported for the attribute change trigger.
- department,jobTitle,employeeType,manager,directReports,companyName,officeLocation,employeeId
- usageLocation,streetAddresses,postalCode,city,state,country
- surname,givenName,displayName
- mail,mailNickname,proxyAddresses,otherMails
- mobilePhone,faxNumber
- userPrincipalName,userType,preferredLanguage,accountEnabled,assignedPlans
This is the reason why extension attributes are not appearing in the "Trigger Attribute" list.
Our engineering team is actively working to add support for extension attributes in trigger attributes. However, there is no ETA available for when this feature will be implemented.
Please refer to the screenshot below for clarity and to ensure we are aligned.
