Viva Insights does not show emails read when sent to DL

Hello, we have noticed that when you send emails to a either a dynamic distribution list or distribution list that the read rate is not available and asks you to send it to 5 or more people. Right now, the DL has more than 5 people, please let us know what we need to do to get this feature to work?
