We see that Azure DI is not able to recognize the table as a table while processing, could you please provide me information on why is this happening

I am trying to scan a document using azure DI studio but even though my document is having proper table structure seems like Azure DI is not able to recognize it as a table instead recognizes as paragraphs, could you please help me to understand why is this happening.
I don't see this issue with all the documents only few have that problem.

Greetings & Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum! Thanks for posting your query! sorry for the inconvenience caused!I have reviewed the document you provided and reproduced the issue in Azure Document Intelligence Studio. Upon testing, I observed that the table in your document is being recognized as structured table.
To extract table information correctly, I recommend using the Layout Model in Azure Document Intelligence. After uploading the document, select the Layout Model for analysis. Once the processing is complete, navigate to the Tables section on the right side of the Studio. Here, you should be able to view the extracted tables in a structured format.

Even I was using layout model as you suggested , but still able to reproduce the issue, the only difference I could see is that I am using version 23-07-31 3.1 General availability where as in the screen shot you provided above seems to be using 23-07-31 3.1 **Preview.

We are actually using containerized version of layout model with this version, so cannot change the version which is available in preview currently.Could you please suggest
