I select the azure redeemed in the benefits section, i loged with my personal mail but when i filled the data from my personal profile i put the place of the company that was belgium, and after that i continue to fill the payment options and i put my credit card number etc... and it tells me that the system doesn't accept a prepaid card... but is credit card and i have funds!! I have tried until 3 differents credits cards but I think that the mistake was that i filled that i lived in belgium and i fill the form with an spanish credit card....

How can I my reset my data to try again, or maybe remove that account and use another like in the redeem site. I tried to login with another microsoft account but it tols me that the sponshor was vinculated to my principal account. So i can not enjoy the credits, i can not put a credit cards and the days are moving.
Right now i have the infra in another cloud system but if i dont move it as soon as posible to azure, maybe my product could die because right now we cant affor the cost, so we are in a desesperate situation and we find totally blocked.

We have also tried some Belgium credit cards from my partner, but when we arrive to confirm the payment, it tells us that is a invalid transaction!!!!

It sounds like you’re facing an issue with region mismatches between your profile location and the credit card's issuing country, which is causing payment failures during the Azure benefit redemption process.
