I understand you wish to find the Public IP address assigned to your WAN VPN S2S connection.
This IP address is assigned by Azure and can be found under gateway settings as shown here.
You can view and edit your VPN gateway settings at any time. Go to your Virtual HUB -> VPN (Site to site) and click on the Gateway configuration.
On the Edit VPN Gateway page, you can see the following settings:
- Public IP Address: Assigned by Azure.
