We have a postgres database, it is present in the subscription invoices. It is available for applications, but it is not visible in the resource group and is not visible anywhere except in the payment invoices.

Hello Vlad Shendykov, there could be some potential reasons for this.

    1. Subscription or Resource Group filters - Sometimes, filters applied in the Azure portal can hide certain resources. Double-check that you're viewing the correct subscription and resource group without any filters
    2. Intermittent portal issues - Occasionally, the Azure portal might have temporary issues that prevent resources from displaying correctly. Try accessing the portal from a different browser or in InCognito mode
    3. Resource location - Ensure that the resource is in the expected region. If it was created in a different region, it might not appear under the resource group you're checking
    4. PowerShell or CLI visibility - Use Azure PowerShell or Azure CLI to list resources. Sometimes, resources that don't appear in the portal can still be managed through these tools

If none of the above works, it might be best to open a support ticket with Microsoft directly.
