Not able to connect the vm

i have created a vm it is running perfectly but one the my subscription is get expired (because of payment due) now when i renewed my subscription my vm is stopped and when i start it again i was not able to connect it with my local
when i am entering the ip in putty after sometime it gives an network error that connection timeout and i am getting a alert mail i have attached it with this ticket i have open ssh port i.e 22 there is no nsg rule of stopping the ssh i have tried to connect it with another port also but still facing the same error
i have redeployed and reapply it nd also restart the vm tried all the possible ways anyone pls help me to troubleshoot this

If you are experiencing a connection timeout, it could be related to a network security issue or the virtual machine not listening for SSH on port 22. Make sure that the virtual machine is properly configured to accept SSH connections and check for any firewall or routing issues that may be preventing access.

If the VM was stopped due to subscription issues, there may have been a problem during startup that is preventing SSH access. Even though you’ve attempted to restart and redeploy the virtual machine it may be helpful to check the boot diagnostics and serial logs to verify that the SSH service is running and to identify any errors or warnings that may assist in troubleshooting.

Thank you Sriud for your help but after Reseting the configuration only (in reset password) it start working but after sometime i am facing the same issue again i am attaching some ss please refer it
yeah obviously my vm is in running state
