How to fix the "502 Bad gateway error"

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue while login to the particular InfoPath form page getting "502 Bad gateway error".

Please find the below Screenshots I could be able to open the page in WFE's (Web front end servers), but not working the same page in the APP servers (Application Servers) and outside of the servers.

Except this remaining all the forms can be able to open in the WFE and APP servers and outside the servers. For Ex: Please find the below snapshot, that URL could be able to open in all the servers and outside the servers.

Could you please kindly let me know what the issue exactly something is blocking in the firewall or Network level?

There is no errors in the log file related to this issue.

Hi @ravi kiran,

So all SharePoint pages cannot be opened in your app servers and outside servers, right? This looks like a proxy issue. Is there any proxy enabled in your farm? Disable the proxy server and try again.
