Hi @Joshua Onza • Thank you for reaching out.
It seems you were moving your Visual Studio Enterprise subscription a new tenant and now cannot access it in the new tenant?
The high level process for moving your subscription is described in the following Learn article: Migrate subscriptions from one agreement to another.
Can you help me understand which of the steps from that Learn article you successfully followed and where in the process you are currently experiencing your problem?
Have all 3 steps been completed successfully, without receiving any error messages?
- Have you been able to export your current subscription assignments?
- Have you been able to prepare your subscription list for upload to the new agreement?
- Have you been able to upload your subscription list to the new agreement?
Are both subscriptions part of the same Entra tenant or different Entra tenants?
If the above steps have been completed successfully and you are still not seeing the subscription it may be necessary to switch the Directory to be able to see the subscription if the new subscription is part of a different directory than the old one.
The steps for this are described in the following Learn article: Change Directory Tenants with your Azure Subscriptions
The following pictures shows how you can easily switch the directory within the Azure portal.
First select the gear icon at the top menu bar, the view should default to Directories and Subscriptions, if not, select it on the left hand side. From there you can switch the directory to the necessary directory of a different Entra tenant.
